Reiki practitioners come around and administer reiki to your head, shoulders and feet while you listen to a gentle guided meditation and magical therapeutic music coming out of an 18 string harp guitar. The essential oils are an added bonus to the reiki session.

Using guided breathwork, bilateral stimulation techniques and soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, this class aims to calm your mind and body, gently guiding your nervous system out of the fight-or-flight response and into a state of deep relaxation. 

First Tuesday of the Month: Immerse yourself in the deep, grounding tones of the Cello and Tibetan Singing Bowls. 

Last Tuesday of the Month: Experience the uplifting, celestial vibrations of Crystal Singing Bowls.

Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of Koshi Chimes, handcrafted instruments tuned to the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. These chimes are perfect for calming the nervous system, slowing the mind, and allowing you to drop into a deep meditation. Reiki students often volunteer to provide reiki to participants.

Our crystal singing bowl sound bath uses 9 crystal quartz singing bowls tuned to the notes of the chakra system. This class will help to balance your nervous system and bring your whole being into a deep relaxation and meditative state. Class starts with a grounded guided meditation to help you prepare your body for relaxation.

 During the class, you will be relaxed by the sounds of 7 crystal quartz pyramids that will be used to balance and clear your chakras. Each participant will receive individualized attention as the instructor places the pyramids over your body in corresponding energy centers to help clear and balance your energy.

Kundalini Yoga is a complete system designed to amplify the highest states of consciousness. It clears, energizes and activates the soul, the physical, the mental, the auric, the pranic, the subtle, the radiant bodies. It is an ideal practice for today’s fast paced world as it requires little time yet produces profound results, very quickly.

In this interactive workshop, you'll learn to calculate your personal Tantric Numerology and how to apply it to yourself and others. explore and understand the deeper layers of yourself, your unique blueprint, and your soul's path through the powerful study of Tantric Numerology. 

Each book chosen has a theme related to self-help, spirituality, cultivating better mental health and breaking old habit patterns. Our book club include assignments and homework to be completed each week, along with the required reading. This is an interactive book club, bringing together like minded people who are looking to better themselves and the world around them.

This class combines meditation, sound healing, and a form of art or craft-making to create a fun and creative outlet for self-expression.

This group is for Reiki practitioners who have been trained in Level 1 reiki or higher. We share reiki with one another, our experiences, ideas, information, and education about Reiki. 

Each year we offer a different wellness series geared to help you jump-start your wellness goals. This series is typically offered during the winter months.

Join us for a profound 3-day grief retreat designed to help you reconnect with the energy of your deceased loved one. Using the Induced After-Death Communication (IADC) eye movement technique, this retreat creates a safe, supportive space for the opportunity to make meaningful contact with a person you loved who has died.

This one-day training provides the knowledge and tools needed to recognize and address the varied responses to grief, including emotional, cognitive, and physical, among students. Participants will explore current grief models, such as the Dual Process Model and Worden's Tasks, and learn how to apply these frameworks effectively in a school setting. 

This training explores the continuing bonds theory, shifting the focus of grief work from "letting go" to maintaining meaningful connections with loved ones who have died. Participants will learn to integrate this approach into their practice, using evidence-based strategies and creative interventions to expand clients' grief narratives beyond loss.
