I have been attending sound healing class and other offerings at Hannah's Healing for a few years. Both April and Daniella are very warm and welcoming. You instantly feel comfortable and accepted when entering the studio. If anyone is new to the studio, both April and Daniella take the time to make them feel welcome and to explain what will take place in that particular class. There are very comfortable massage tables and chairs to use while doing the classes which make for a very cozy experience.
I have been a regular meditator for years and it has helped some with my anxiety. Over the last year I started trying to attend the sound healing meditations regularly (at least a few each month). I have noticed a significant decrease in my anxiety overall and have far less anxiety and panic attacks. Sometimes when I do actually have an anxiety attack its almost like I forgot what they were like, since I have them so infrequently now. I feel that the sound healing classes have been a huge part in the improvements and am so grateful to April and Daniella for their time and dedication to offering such wonderful, calming classes.
