April Hannah, founder of Hannah’s Healing Wellness Studio and co-founder of a media production company in upstate New York, has been providing over two decades of clinical mental health counseling in combination with a variety of healing modalities and consciousness studies to her clients around the world.  

After co-founding her media production company Path 11 Productions, in 2008, she went on to produce three documentaries on life after death and consciousness studies. She is currently in post-production of her fourth film on after-death communication.

She is the weekly host of the Path 11 Podcast and launched her first streaming television network, Path 11 TV.  April has interviewed over 420 of the top best-selling authors, scientists, and researchers of consciousness on her podcast, and has delivered more than 12,000 reiki and energy healing sessions to her clients.   She continues to spend countless hours documenting, investigating, and filming topics related to grief, bereavement, and afterlife studies.

After April’s mother passed away tragically in 2019, she immersed herself further into the study of the afterlife and decided it was time to take a short break from mental health counseling and venture into the world of energetic healing and sound healing.

She refocused her business on spirituality, health, and healing.  She turned to art as a way to cope with her grief and some physical health issues that developed as a result of the stress and trauma of her mother's death. Those health issues have since resolved themselves through art, sound healing, and after-death communication experiences she has had with her mother in spirit.

April has now made it her life’s mission to use her film production company, podcast, wellness studio, and one-on-one consultations to help others become better prepared, not only for their own death but for the death of their loved ones.

She actively teaches 95-100 wellness classes at her wellness studio in Malta, NY each year. Her classes include Usui Reiki trainings , sound baths, intuitive art,  meditation, grief and loss retreats, spiritual book clubs, and more.  Her offerings are in person and virtually through Zoom. When she isn't teaching classes or providing 1:1 coaching sessions, she can be found in her art studio creating High-Frequency Healing abstract art or attending live musical performances.

April is a graduate of The College of Saint Rose (2004), and holds a Master’s Degree of Science in Education. She completed her Bachelor of Arts (1999) at SUNY Institute of Technology at Utica Rome and completed an Associate of Arts Degree (1997) at SUNY Cobleskill.

Prior to opening her private practice in 2008, April worked at Four Winds Psychiatric Hospital in Saratoga Springs, NY for 5 years, serving children and families who had been diagnosed with severe psychiatric conditions. She ran weekly multi-family groups for Four Winds Hospital using psychodrama and role-playing techniques. April also volunteered for Hospice in Greene and Saratoga County for over a year as she was studying more about the afterlife for her filmmaking and documentary project.

April was also a non-credit instructor at Columbia-Greene Community College for 3 years, teaching health and wellness courses to community members; was a part-time job coach for people with disabilities; and worked as a  consultant as a play therapist for local pre-schools in the tri-state area. Her post-graduate work entailed work with at-risk adolescents and survivors of sexual assault and abuse at a Rape Crisis center in Columbia County for 5 years.

In 2008, April began her work with veterans, working alongside an acupuncturist.  April co-founded and ran a Wellness Center in Catskill, NY called Peaceful Minds. This center served Combat Veterans who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Her program was featured on New Channel 13. 

After two years of running Peaceful Minds, April was offered a full-time position as the Wing Director of Psychological Health at the Stewart Air National Guard base in Newburgh, NY.  In order to fully serve her full-time position at the Air Force base, the Catskill Peaceful Minds clinic was closed.

The holistic and complementary therapies April is trained in include creative visualization, guided meditation, relaxation and stress reduction techniques, energy balancing, chakra clearing, emotional freedom technique, essential oils, and Reiki. She is a Reiki Master Teacher of the Usui System and completed Level I and II of Hypnotherapy at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona. She has completed trainings in Donna Eden’s Energy Medicine in Saratoga Springs, NY, and is certified in Touch and Breathe Therapy through the Center for Integrative Psychotherapy in Latham, NY. In 2017, April completed her Angelic Reiki training through Reiki Taho.

In 2019 completed a 32-hour course in Inner Engineering, studying under the realized Yogi and mystic, Sadhguru, and attended the MBT Events Meditation Immersive Program, taught by physicist Tom Campbell. In 2020, April completed 3 levels of training in Esoteric Healing under the mentorship of teacher Bernadette Bloom.  In 2021, she completed a 21-week intuition development course to fine-tune her skills & learn how to teach intuition development to others at The Cali Center in NJ.

April has been a music lover from a very young age.  She is an avid live concert go-er, will grab a VIP ticket anytime she can, and has a natural ear for music.  

She teaches monthly sound healing classes and travels to other yoga studies, people's homes, and places of employment to share the powerful healing medicine of sound.

April is also the co-founder and Producer of a production company called Path11 Productions LLC and produced a documentary trilogy called The Path Series.  She is currently working on her 4th documentary that investigates the topic of After-death communication.  This film is anticipated to be released in 2024.

Over the years of filming, Path 11 Productions took their footage and created Path 11 TV, which highlights three years of the Afterlife Awareness Conference, Conversations on the Path and short documentaries on healing.

April runs a weekly podcast, interviewing the Top Authors, researchers, and Explorers in the field of Consciousness Studies, called  Path 11 Podcast. She has a library of over 400 hours of interviews that you can listen to and download to your smartphone, tablet, or computer for easy listening.

Her films document metaphysical topics such as healing, life after death, out-of-body experiences, remote viewing, after-death communication, and consciousness.
